Rebecca Wells is a Florida native with a passion for all things marketing. As a child she would record VHS tapes of her favorite ads and then play them back and watch them as a TV show. It was like a “mix-tape” of ads. The passion didn't stop there. After graduating top 1% of her graduating class in Orlando, Florida she transferred to college at the age of 16. Go Gators! She attended University of Florida in Gainesville and then graduated cum laude from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville with a major in marketing.

In Jacksonville she earned a highly-sought after agency position and became the Director of Public Relations and Events at the Callaghan Agency. There she specialized in real estate marketing and public health campaigns. She served as an advocate for women and heart health providing guest interviews on WJXT.

As a regional Account Coordinator for the national non-profit Sister to Sister, she organized annual public health events in conjunction with Baptist Hospital. These events brought in attendees from Southern Georgia and Northeast Florida  with the largest annual events held at the Times-Union Convention Center with over 5,000 attendees. Rebecca has also written articles for the Tampa Bay Tribune, Jacksonville Business Journal and Florida Times-Union.

Upon moving to Naples in 2009 she continued her passion for health and wellness, working for locally based and national reaching, e-commerce company, bistroMD. She moved into the role of their Chief Marketing Officer facilitating projects with Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz., South Beach Diet, AARP and Denise Austin among others. She developed the marketing team and managed initiatives impacting customer retention, satisfaction, customer service and loyalty programs. She was responsible for multiple e-commerce, marketing, and web development projects. Upon leaving in bistroMD 2016, revenues were at a record growth.

Now as owner of Wells Marketing she makes integrated marketing campaigns possible for local Naples business, as well as regional and national clients. Rebecca has a strong e-commerce background, passion for health and wellness and a drive for results and quality work. She works with clients locally and nationally and leverages her trusted network of industry professionals to develop marketing strategies that are customized for each business.

When she’s not working you can find her on her SUP in the gulf, fishing for large-mouth bass, or spending time with her true loves… shopping for shoes or purses. She is lovingly devoted to her husband of 12 years, Sean, and son Logan. She also has a slightly neurotic rescue dog named Jimmy Buffet.
